I'll have to check into that one. Sounds very interesting.

I'll see what we can do.

Thanks

Just for haha's let me try to c&p Hebrew from my bible program.

Gen 1:1 בראשׁית ברא אלהים את השׁמים ואת הארץ׃

With vowel marks and strongs:
Gen 1:1 בְּרֵאשִׁיתH7225 בָּרָאH1254 אֱלֹהִיםH430 אֵתH853 הַשָּׁמַיִםH8064 וְאֵתH853 הָאָרֶץH776

it's weird working with the enter button trying to get a new line. I've got it set for large print because even with magnifiers, I can't see the vowel marks. We'll see how it renders when I hit submit.

בשמ

that was a sample of direct typing in Hebrew. My pc is set for it, but I have no keyboard guides so I have no idea where the letters are on the keyboard lol!.

I'm thinking that if you direct type in Hebrew, that if you type into your word processor and then c & p that to the board..it will work.

The margins here are set for left justification and of course Hebrew wants right justification. In my bible program the word Genesis is on the right so that it reads from right to left, but when I posted, it put the Genesis on the left.

I use Opera Browser and it lets me super zoom which is what I need to do in order to be able to see the vowel marks. I'll try a larger font on a portion and see how that looks after submitting.

Ok, using HUGE font on a highlighted portion doesn't change anything.

I use E-sword for my bible program and you can download hebrew OT and NT so I just copied from that and pasted to the reply box here...

I downloaded fonts for windows with a variety of hebrew scripts and set my pc up so that I can interchange with english at the push of a button so I was able then to just type hebrew from my key board.

I think possibly the board software is set up to work with the hebrew font characters or else it wouldn't have worked.

I don't know if I have greek or not...I'll have to look, but I definitely don't have greek set up as a font to use to type with on my keyboard.

ok..downloaded a greek to esword. let's see what happens:

Gen 1:1 ενG1722 αρχηG746 εποιησεν ο θεοςG4160 G3588 G2316 τονG3588 ουρανονG3772 καιG2532 τηνG3588 γηνG1093

ok..sorry about the strongs entries, but the greek works.

Esword must share the same fonts that the board software uses so it's able to render it...

It's just a simple copy/past...

If I've done something that actually helped, then you are very welcome!
